Ormit Belgium NV offers a two-year paid program where you build broad experience across different roles and organisations. You will work on real projects in 2 to 3 organisations and won’t be locked into one fixed role, gaining responsibility, broader perspective and greater impact.

You’ll be exposed to AI-enabled transformations with coaching, peer learning, and a mobility budget, plus an office near public transport in Belgium.

Qualifications

• First experience in a business context (≤3 years).
• Master’s degree required.
• Strong language skills in Dutch or French with the other language at a B2 level, and fluent English (C1).
• AI literacy to understand and apply AI concepts in organisations.

Responsabilités

• Work across 2–3 organisations on real projects.
• Contribute to digital transformation, process improvement or change initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients and Ormit teams to drive growth and learning.
• Benefit from coaching, peer feedback and structured development.
