MSI Pharma is seeking a Talent Data & Insights Specialist to transform workforce data into meaningful insights, develop reporting solutions, and partner with HR and Talent leaders to drive data-driven decisions. This role blends analytics, business partnering, and technology, working with stakeholders to improve how talent data is used across the organisation and inform strategic people decisions.

You will lead BI initiatives, build dashboards, and ensure data quality across systems.

We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation seeking a Talent Data & Insights Specialist to support data-driven decision‑making across Talent and HR functions. You will help transform workforce data into meaningful insights, develop reporting solutions that support strategic decisions, and partner with stakeholders to improve how talent data is used across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytics, business partnering, and technology to drive better outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience delivering reporting, analytics, or business intelligence solutions within a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, KPI development, and dashboard reporting.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Talent, Business Leaders, and Technical Teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
