MSI Pharma is seeking a Talent Data Privacy Consultant to serve as the subject matter expert for talent data protection across employee and candidate lifecycles. You will shape policies, governance, and processes in line with global privacy regulations.

In this consulting role, you will coordinate DSRS, lead retention frameworks, and collaborate with Legal, Procurement, IT, and Privacy teams to implement compliant onboarding and vendor practices while applying privacy-by-design principles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • GDPR knowledge and data privacy governance experience.
  • Experience managing Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and privacy processes.
  • Ability to draft policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
  • Familiarity with HR/Talent systems and employee data handling.
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

  • Act as primary advisor on talent data privacy across employee and candidate data lifecycles.
  • Develop and maintain privacy policies, governance documents, and SOPs.
  • Support GDPR, CCPA, and global data protection compliance.
  • Lead data retention and deletion framework initiatives.
  • Coordinate DSRS and support right to be forgotten processes.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, IT and Privacy teams to ensure compliant onboarding and vendor management.
  • Provide guidance on privacy-by-design and AI compliance considerations.

Overview

This role sits at the intersection of Talent, Data Privacy, Compliance, and Technology. You will act as the subject matter expert for talent data privacy, helping to shape policies, processes, and governance frameworks while ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations and emerging legislation.

Requirements
  • Act as the primary advisor on talent data privacy matters across employee and candidate data lifecycles.
  • Develop and maintain privacy policies, governance documentation, and SOPs.
  • Support compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other global data protection regulations.
  • Lead data retention and deletion framework initiatives across talent systems and processes.
  • Coordinate Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and support "right to be forgotten" processes.
  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, IT, and Privacy teams to implement compliant onboarding and vendor management practices.
  • Provide guidance on privacy-by-design principles and talent-related AI compliance considerations.
Hard Skills
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and global data protection legislation.
  • Experience managing data retention, deletion, and privacy governance programmes.
  • Understanding of Data Subject Requests and privacy compliance processes.
  • Experience creating policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
  • Familiarity with HR/Talent systems and employee data management.
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Data privacy certification preferred, such as CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe).
  • Previous experience in HR, Talent, People Operations, Data Privacy, or Compliance functions.
  • Legal or data protection background considered advantageous.
