Data Analyst HR & Facility Management

Purpose of the Role

As a Data Analyst HR & Facility Management, you play a key role in transforming HR and FM into data-driven functions. You are responsible for professionalizing reporting, improving data quality, establishing data governance practices, and providing actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionalize and automate HR and FM reporting and dashboards.
• Deliver actionable insights and KPI reporting.
• Act as owner for HR and FM data quality initiatives.
• Define data quality standards, controls and improvement actions.
• Assess and define future HR and FM data products, dashboards and reporting needs.
• Build reporting and analytics roadmaps.
• Participate in data governance forums and working groups.
• Define and maintain KPI definitions, business rules and data glossary.
• Collaborate with HR, FM, IT, Data and Architecture teams.
• Present analyses and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Management, Economics, HR Analytics, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst or BI role.
• Experience with HR data and reporting is highly desirable.
• Experience with reporting automation and dashboard development.

Technical Skills

• Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
• SQL and data extraction techniques.
• Data modelling concepts.
• Advanced Excel.
• Understanding of data quality and data governance principles.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is an asset.
