Aptronics is seeking an HR Analytics/Workforce Analytics Analyst to support workforce steering, performance monitoring, and reporting within its Technology division. The role combines hands-on data analysis with stakeholder collaboration to turn data into actionable insights.
You'll design templates, dashboards in Excel and Power BI, and retrieve data from Qlik Sense, delivering regular headcount and capacity metrics to Technology leadership.

To strengthen its Technology Corporate Office, our client is looking for an experienced HR Analytics / Workforce Analytics Analyst to support workforce steering, performance monitoring, and operational reporting within its Technology division.
This role goes far beyond dashboard creation. It combines hands‑on data analysis, workforce reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and business insights to support Technology leadership in making informed workforce decisions.
As a HR Analytics / Workforce Analytics Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, validating, consolidating, and transforming workforce data into meaningful business insights.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collect, consolidate, and transform workforce and people data from multiple sources and stakeholders.
Actively collect information from managers, team leaders, and HR teams, often by designing and distributing structured Excel templates.
Build, maintain, and continuously improve workforce dashboards and management reports.
Validate data quality and consistency while transforming raw information into actionable workforce insights.
Perform advanced Excel-based analyses, including complex consolidations, scenario modelling, and data quality checks.
Produce recurring and ad hoc workforce reports covering headcount, workforce capacity, external resources, skills, team composition, and performance indicators.
Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and reporting improvement opportunities while coordinating with stakeholders.
Support workforce planning, performance reviews, and management discussions by providing reliable analyses and clear business recommendations.
Design Excel templates and data collection tools.
Consolidate information from multiple business sources into structured datasets.
Transform workforce data into meaningful KPIs and reporting dashboards.
Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Excel and Power BI while retrieving data from Qlik Sense.
Produce analytical reports and executive summaries for Technology leadership.
Ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and traceability across all reporting activities.
3 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, People Analytics, HR Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
Experience working with Qlik Sense.
Strong understanding of workforce and people data.
Ability to translate raw data into meaningful business insights rather than simply producing dashboards.
Experience collecting information from multiple stakeholders and ensuring data completeness and quality.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Knowledge of SAP HR, SAP HCM, Workday, or another HR Information System.
Experience working within a Technology or IT organization.
Previous experience in the financial services sector.
Knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
Work on a strategic workforce analytics assignment within a leading Belgian organization.
Support senior Technology leaders through data-driven decision‑making.
