Akkodis Belgium is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to connect top engineering and scientific talent with exciting opportunities in a fast-paced environment. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to deliver the best talent fit.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of recruitment experience, a passion for talent, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written).
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in engineering or scientific fields.
• Passion for finding and placing top talent.
• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
• Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Dilbeek office.

As an Engineering Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll source, engage, and hire top engineering and scientific professionals, shaping the innovation landscape of tomorrow. Your work ensures that the right talent meets the right opportunity – every time.

Your Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment – Own the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Talent Sourcing – Use creative strategies to attract and engage top-tier engineering talent.

• Engagement & Relationship Building – Build meaningful connections with candidates and keep pipelines active.

• Collaboration – Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver the perfect match.

• Candidate Experience – Ensure a smooth, transparent, and engaging process for every applicant.

What We’re Looking For:
