Akkodis Belgium is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to connect top engineering and scientific talent with exciting opportunities. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, source creative candidates, and build strong relationships with teams to understand hiring needs.

Based in Dilbeek, you’ll collaborate with managers, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and contribute to a dynamic, growth-driven Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruitment, preferably in engineering or scientific fields.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work on-site at the Dilbeek office.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and follow-up.

Responsabilités

As an Engineering Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll source, engage, and hire top engineering and scientific professionals, shaping the innovation landscape of tomorrow. Your work ensures that the right talent meets the right opportunity – every time.

Your Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment – Own the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing – Use creative strategies to attract and engage top-tier engineering talent.
• Engagement & Relationship Building – Build meaningful connections with candidates and keep pipelines active.
• Collaboration – Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver the perfect match.
• Candidate Experience – Ensure a smooth, transparent, and engaging process for every applicant.

What We’re Looking For:

• Trilingual communication – Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
• Experience – 1 to 3 years in recruitment, preferably in engineering or scientific fields.
• Passion for Recruitment – You love finding and placing top talent.
• Proactive Mindset – You take ownership, follow up consistently, and continuously seek improvement.
