Akkodis Belgium is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to connect top engineering and scientific talent with exciting opportunities. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, source creative candidates, and build strong relationships with teams to understand hiring needs.

Based in Dilbeek, you’ll collaborate with managers, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and contribute to a dynamic, growth-driven Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruitment, preferably in engineering or scientific fields.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work on-site at the Dilbeek office.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Full‑cycle recruitment – own the process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Talent sourcing – attract and engage top engineering talent.
• Engagement & relationship building – maintain strong candidate connections and pipelines.
• Collaboration – partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver the perfect match.
• Candidate experience – ensure a smooth, transparent process for every applicant.
