Akkodis Belgium is hiring an Engineering Recruiter to source, engage, and hire top engineering and scientific professionals, shaping the innovation landscape of tomorrow. You will own the end-to-end process, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
Experience – 1 to 3 years in recruitment, preferably in engineering or scientific fields.

Team Spirit & Adaptability.
On-Site Availability – Willingness to work from our Dilbeek office and engage directly with teams.

Responsabilités

Full-Cycle Recruitment – Own the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding.
Talent Sourcing – Use creative strategies to attract and engage top-tier engineering talent.
Engagement & Relationship Building – Build meaningful connections with candidates and keep pipelines active.
Collaboration – Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver the perfect match.
Candidate Experience – Ensure a smooth, transparent, and engaging process for every applicant.
