Akkodis Belgium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to guide a team of recruiters, oversee onboarding and training, and provide regular reports to senior management. You will mentor and develop team members while driving end-to-end recruitment for technical consultants.

Fluent in Dutch and English, you will thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and play a key role in shaping talent strategy and growth within the organization.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Ready to step up into a leadership role and inspire your team.
• Fluent in Dutch with strong command of English.
• Strong follow-ups and stakeholder management with a growth mindset.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and builds strong team relationships.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End recruitment from sourcing and interviews to onboarding of technical consultants.
• Candidate relationship management: keep candidates engaged and informed about opportunities.
