Job summary

You will build a wide network, engage candidates creatively, and act as a brand ambassador at national and international events.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in HR-recruitment / talent acquisition, preferably for hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment lifecycle for your business unit and collaborate with HR Partners and hiring managers.
• Act as a strong networker to connect with and engage scarce technical candidates.
• Represent Jan De Nul at job fairs and events, strengthening our employer brand worldwide.
• Organize campus visits and recruitment activities to attract young professionals.
• Contribute to HR projects focused on talent attraction, candidate experience, and employer branding.
