Job summary

DynaFin Consulting is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team from September for a minimum of 5 months. You will help improve our candidate database, process applications and assist in preparing recruitment actions for profiles in banking, insurance and financial services.

We welcome candidates pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related fields, who are precise, data-driven and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Interest in recruitment and candidate experience.
• Structured, precise, and detail-oriented.
• Comfort with data, CVs, and recruitment tools.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming applications and candidate profiles.
• Structure and categorize candidates in the recruitment database.
• Clean, update and enrich candidate records.
• Help reduce recruitment backlog and improve data quality.
• Identify information in CVs and LinkedIn profiles.
• Support shortlisting and recruitment follow-up.
• Contribute to consistent use of recruitment tools and pipelines.
• Tag and classify profiles for future needs.
• Potentially contact candidates by email or phone.
• Assist with job postings and recruitment communications.
