Terumo Europe NV is offering a Talent Acquisition Intern position at our Leuven HQ. You will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners to gain hands‑on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.

The role emphasizes organized, inclusive hiring processes, and provides exposure to candidate engagement and stakeholder management. Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages a bonus.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for recruitment and employer branding.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn or Glassdoor is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Available for at least 3 days per week at Leuven HQ, for a period of 3 months or more.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

Intake and Planning: assist in organizing intake sessions with managers and HR to understand hiring needs.
Sourcing and Screening: draft and publish engaging job ads and review resumes.
Coordination and Communication: schedule interviews and provide updates to hiring managers.
Offer and Feedback: support presenting offers and provide interview notes for data‑driven decisions.
