Terumo Europe NV is offering a Talent Acquisition Intern position at our Leuven HQ. You will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners to gain hands‑on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.

The role emphasizes organized, inclusive hiring processes, and provides exposure to candidate engagement and stakeholder management. Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages a bonus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for recruitment and employer branding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn or Glassdoor is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Available for at least 3 days per week at Leuven HQ, for a period of 3 months or more.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Intake and Planning: assist in organizing intake sessions with managers and HR to understand hiring needs.
• Sourcing and Screening: draft and publish engaging job ads and review resumes.
• Coordination and Communication: schedule interviews and provide updates to hiring managers.
• Offer and Feedback: support presenting offers and provide interview notes for data‑driven decisions.

Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will collaborate directly with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners to gain hands‑on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring an efficient, engaging, and inclusive hiring process.

Job Responsibilities

Intake and Planning

• Assist in organizing intake sessions with business managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Help review job descriptions to ensure clarity, accuracy and alignment with role expectations.
• Support the creation of success profiles and outline the ideal candidate's qualifications, skills and competencies.

Sourcing and Screening:

• Draft and publish engaging, inclusive job advertisements on relevant platforms (SAP SuccessFactors and other job posting platforms)
• Assist in reviewing resumes and screening candidates based on defined criteria.

Coordination and Communication:

• Organize and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their roles and candidates.
• Follow up on the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring all steps are completed in a timely manner.

Offer and Feedback:

• Support the TA Partner with presenting offers to successful candidates, addressing any questions they may have.
• Assist in writing interview notes and provide interview feedback to hiring managers to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Profile Description
