Terumo Europe in Leuven seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern to gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners.

You'll help with intake planning, job ads, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offers. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/Business, fluent in English, with strong communication and organizational skills, available 3 days/week for 3+ months.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn or Glassdoor is a plus.
• Available for at least 3 days per week at Leuven HQ for 3+ months.

Responsabilités

• Assist in organizing intake sessions with managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs.
• Draft and publish engaging, inclusive job advertisements on relevant platforms (SAP SuccessFactors and other job posting platforms).
• Review resumes and screen candidates based on defined criteria.
• Organize and schedule candidate interviews, providing updates to hiring managers.
• Assist in presenting offers and writing interview notes for data-driven decisions.
