Job summary

Avomind is seeking a freelance Talent Acquisition professional to join our global team. You will drive both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, source candidates across multiple channels, and screen for strong fits to client roles.

You will manage interview logistics with Project and Client Managers, advise on market trends, and ensure a superb candidate experience. This role is 100% remote and requires fluent English and French, with growth and learning supported by our coaching

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies with management.
• Conduct direct outbound sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
• Screen candidates through interviews to assess fit for roles.
• Manage interview logistics with candidates in collaboration with Project and Client Managers.
• Advise managers on candidate landscape and trends to support seamless client service.
• Own the candidate experience and build a strong reputation.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality talent.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

• Actively contribute to both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, working closely with management to explore new candidate opportunities.
• Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels such as LinkedIn / Xing / GitHub / Google X-Ray, etc.
• Conduct screening calls with candidates - really getting to know them and assessing their fit for our roles.
• Manage interview logistics with candidates in tandem with our Project Managers and Client Managers.
• Advise Project Managers and Client Managers on the candidate landscape and trends, to support a seamless service for our clients.
• Take ownership of the candidate experience - build your reputation through an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• You have a minimum of 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-oriented environment.
• You have experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms.
• You thrive in goal-oriented environments and want to achieve the best.

• You are team-oriented and committed.
• You can work with ever‑changing priorities in a very agile environment.
• You’re fluent in English& French — any other languages would be an advantage.
