Avantor is seeking a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to research, engage, and deliver top European talent. You will build strong pipelines across European markets, partnering with Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify and qualify candidates.

You will be a strategic partner using market insights, creative sourcing techniques, and close collaboration to deliver high-quality candidate slates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent sourcing / recruitment / talent acquisition, ideally in an in-house or RPO environment.
• Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
• Experience working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct effective screenings.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and English.

Job description

What is in it for you?

• Broaden your horizon (literally) by collaborating with our Talent Acquisition team all over Europe and work within a globally aligned and rapidly growing Global Talent Acquisition function
• Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and geographies, with a focus on the DACH region
• Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.)
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking to support hiring strategy
• Conduct initial candidate screening (CV + phone/virtual interviews) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Deliver well-qualified candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening stages
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines
• Act as a trusted advisor by sharing data-driven insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscape
