Resourcing Life Science in Belgium is seeking a System Engineer to manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment and on-premises infrastructure. You will support end users across multiple levels and collaborate on deploying secure, scalable IT solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with PowerShell, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Hyper‑V and networking basics, plus strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with IT systems and infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server administration, and virtualization.
• Experience providing user support from first to third line.
• Foundational knowledge of networking principles.
• Practical experience with scripting languages, preferably PowerShell.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID.
• Oversee and optimize Windows Server and Hyper‑V environments to ensure stability and performance.
• Deliver comprehensive IT support to end-users across multiple levels.
• Utilize automation tools such as PowerShell and Intune to streamline operational processes.
• Assist in the configuration and deployment of technical infrastructure.
