Job summary

Editx is seeking an IT Support Specialist to strengthen its internal IT team in Belgium. You will own the full IT support scope and resolve incidents end-to-end, working closely with one teammate to keep operations running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot across the IT environment, from workstations to Microsoft 365, and adapt to business needs with proactive support and knowledge sharing. This role is on-site in Vlaams-Brabant, Zaventem.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of IT support by handling day-to-day technical requests and resolving incidents across the organisation, from initial diagnosis to final resolution.
• Troubleshoot across the IT environment, including workstations, laptops, software, user accounts, connectivity and Microsoft 365.
• Manage a broad range of IT activities, adapting to business needs rather than working within a rigidly defined scope.
• Support colleagues throughout their IT journey, from onboarding and equipment setup to access management and ongoing technical assistance.
• Keep IT operations running smoothly by following up on incidents, documenting solutions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work as a close-knit duo, sharing knowledge and responsibilities with your teammate while taking initiative and contributing to decisions about everyday IT operations.
