Editx Belgium is seeking an IT Officer to join its IT team, combining IT know-how with accounting software support and user assistance across Exact Online, Silverfin and related platforms.

You will troubleshoot, manage tickets, assist with software integrations, and handle Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 support, as well as device onboarding and access management across multiple offices. This role offers a unique chance to bridge IT and finance in a professional services environment.

Formación

• Experience providing first-line accounting software support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues across financial platforms.
• Familiarity with software integrations and digital process guidance.
• Experience handling first-line IT requests for end users.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 basics.

IT Officer - Your Role

• **Accounting software support:**Provide first-line assistance with specialised accounting and financial applications, including tools such as Exact Online, Silverfin and other industry-specific platforms.
• **Troubleshooting & ticket management:**Investigate technical issues, manage incoming requests and ensure efficient follow-up, involving external suppliers or specialists when needed.
• **Integrations & user guidance:**Help colleagues navigate software integrations and digital processes, translating technical issues into clear, practical solutions.
• **Microsoft environment:**Handle user accounts, permissions and password resets through**Microsoft Entra ID**, alongside basic Microsoft 365 support.
• **Workplace & infrastructure support:**Assist with laptop deployment, onboarding,**Microsoft Intune**, telephony and access management across multiple offices.
• **Knowledge sharing & continuous improvement:**Document recurring issues, share solutions with the team and contribute to a smoother, more efficient IT support experience.
