Job summary

The Hoxton, Brussels is seeking a Front Office Student role to warmly welcome guests, handle arrivals and check-outs, and support guest services with a smile. You will be the guest’s first point of contact, assisting with requests, guiding them to local highlights, and keeping desk tasks neat and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and make them feel valued from the first hello.
• Handle arrivals/departures, verify bills and minimize surprises.
• Coordinate with teams to keep operations smooth and manage occupancy.
• Answer phones, fulfill guest requests, and share local recommendations.
• Act as gatekeeper, knowing who’s who and what’s what.
• Complete light admin tasks and assist with basic office needs.
