• Strong analytical capability to compare plans, identify gaps and overlaps.
• Stakeholder management across SWP, Learning Partners, Group Talent and HR Ops.
• Ability to shape end-to-end learning solutions (classical, blended, e-learning).
• Business and HR understanding of how capability needs connect to HR processes.
• Vendor and solution orientation to evaluate learning vendors and platforms.
• Financial acumen to support budget follow-up and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central orchestrator between Strategic Workforce Planning, Learning Partners, Group Talent and HR Operations.
• Support Learning Partners in translating SWP Upskilling input into learning plans for populations.
• Review SWP learning plans across domains to identify synergies.
• Analyze capability gaps addressed by learning plans with transversal focus.
• Propose concrete learning solutions with targets, objectives and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Group Talent to identify relevant external vendors.
• Translate learning trajectories into operational training setups (planning, administration, reporting).
• Support SWP in monitoring the upskilling budget and budget allocation.
