Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the deployment of global learning programmes, including leadership development, technical training, and frontline capability building.
• Establish and maintain global learning frameworks, standards, and governance with central direction and local flexibility.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and optimisation of digital learning solutions (e.g. LMS).
• Partner with HR, operations, and leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into structured learning pathways.
• Manage external learning vendors and ensure quality, relevance, and ROI of learning solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess learning effectiveness and impact for continuous improvements.
