Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking a Process Optimization Expert to join the Operational Excellence team in Brussels. You will analyze how activities are performed, how workloads are distributed, how capacity is used and how value is delivered, then identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.

Your focus will be on Operational Intelligence and Reporting, supporting standardization, automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• 3-7 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Analysis, Transformation or similar environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in process mapping, workload assessment, activity analysis or operational improvement.
• Ability to structure complex information and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting organizational transformation or change initiatives.
• Curiosity about automation, artificial intelligence, process optimization and new technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct activity, workload and process assessments across Operational Intelligence, Operational Reporting and Operational Accounting to understand capacity and value.
• Collect, structure and analyze information related to activities, workloads, processes and outcomes for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate or redesign processes to improve efficiency, scalability and business value.
• Evaluate existing activities and provide recommendations on how work should be organized, allocated and delivered to support future operational needs.
• Support Operational Excellence and transformation initiatives, contributing to improved ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with operational teams and stakeholders to gather insights and develop improvement roadmaps.
• Support the documentation and standardization of operational activities, processes and working practices.
• Monitor the impact of improvement initiatives and help measure benefits achieved by changes.
• Identify and support the adoption of automation, AI and process optimization opportunities where relevant.
• Promote collaboration, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.
