Proximus is seeking a Methods and Procedure Specialist to act as the central orchestrator for transversal upskilling initiatives in Brussels. You will align SWP priorities with actionable learning plans, support Learning Partners, and review plans across domains to identify synergies.

The role collaborates with Group Talent and HR Operations to translate learning trajectories into training setups and budget monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience translating SWP insights into learning plans.
• Ability to identify capability gaps across domains.
• Strong stakeholder management across SWP, Learning Partners, Group Talent and HR Ops.

Responsabilités

• Act as the central orchestrator between SWP, Learning Partners, Group Talent and HR Operations.
• Translate transversal upskilling priorities into aligned, actionable plans.
• Support Learning Partners in SWP-based learning plan creation.
• Review SWP learning plans to identify synergies.
• Analyze capability gaps across teams, functions, populations.
• Propose learning solutions with targets and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Group Talent to identify external vendors.
• Work with HR Operations to operationalize training setups.
• Monitor the upskilling budget and reporting.
