Job summary

In4Matic is seeking an experienced transformation and portfolio management professional to support governance, reporting, and tracking across a strategic transformation portfolio. You will work with the Head of Transformation Office to ensure reliable information, clear decision-making support, and strong oversight of initiatives spanning organizational, process, and systems change.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PMO, program, or transformation roles.
• Experience with PMBOK and Agile.
• Strong analytical and syntheses of complex information.
• Diplomatic in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Language: native French requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and preparation of steering committees.
• Track progress of projects and programs within the transformation portfolio.
• Consolidate budgets and support budget follow-up.
• Maintain the integrated roadmap and overall planning.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and required arbitrations.
• Produce dashboards and management reporting for steering purposes.
• Coordinate closely with IT teams, sponsors, and business stakeholders.
