Job summary

In4Matic is seeking an experienced transformation and portfolio management professional to support governance, coordination and follow-up of a strategic transformation portfolio. You will work with the Head of Transformation Office to ensure reliable information, clear decision-making support and strong oversight across initiatives related to organizational, process and systems change.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in management, engineering, or equivalent field.
• At least 10 years of experience in PMO, program/portfolio management or transformation.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills for complex information.
• Systemic thinking and ability to integrate multiple workstreams.
• Effective collaboration with IT, business teams, sponsors and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and preparation of steering committees.
• Track progress of projects and programs in the portfolio.
• Consolidate budget information and support budget follow-up.
• Maintain the integrated roadmap and overall planning.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and required arbitrations.
• Produce dashboards and management reporting for steering purposes.
• Coordinate with IT teams, sponsors and business stakeholders.
