Philips is seeking a Tender and Pricing Specialist to drive data-driven pricing governance and profitable growth across Europe and Growth Regions. You will lead end-to-end tender coordination, ensure timely submissions, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and Business Units.

The role requires 3-5 years in tender management, pricing or related fields; strong Excel; Power BI a plus; experience with Salesforce.com/CRM/ERP.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in tender management, pricing, commercial operations, sales support, business analytics or related field.
Proven experience coordinating complex, deadline-driven projects across multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; Power BI experience a plus.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end coordination of tenders, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Manage and maintain pricing governance, price books, updates, approvals, and new product launches.
Develop dashboards and reports tracking tender pipeline and pricing performance.
Ensure compliance with commercial policies, approvals, and pricing controls.
Provide training on tender management, pricing tools, and related processes.
