Stanley Black & Decker Belgium in Mechelen, Belgium seeks a Senior International Pricing Analyst to lead pricing strategy across international markets. The role combines data analytics with profitability optimization to drive growth.

You will analyze price, volume, and mix, develop dashboards, and collaborate with Sales and Finance to evaluate profitability, deal economics, and pricing governance. This is a hybrid role with on-site presence 1–2 days weekly.

• Strong pricing analytics background with experience in international pricing.
• Proven profitability analysis and deal economics skills.
• Ability to turn data into actionable pricing decisions and narratives.

Responsabilités

• Analyze price/volume/mix, discount and margin performance across the International business to identify risks, margin leakage, discounting behaviour, mix shifts, inflation and corrective opportunities
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting, dashboards and insights to support pricing governance and business decision-making
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Commercial and global teams to evaluate brand and customer profitability, innovation pricing and deal economics
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to assess the impact of pricing changes and support strategic recommendations
• Active feature identification and maintenance of price architecture and price lists
