Schréder is hiring a Group Pricing Manager in Brussels to develop, implement, and govern pricing strategies that improve margins and drive profitable growth across the group. You will balance strategic pricing design with hands-on execution and report to the Group CFO.

The role requires leadership in setting price architecture, tender support, and governance while ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

• Senior Pricing Manager with 10+ years in B2B and/or B2G environments.
• Ability to influence across a multi-country, matrix organization.
• Fluent in BI and data tooling and capable of partnering with IT/data teams to industrialize dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with CPQ or pricing software.
• Executive-level communication with CFO/ExCom on pricing performance.
• Ability to create simple, scalable pricing playbooks and governance routines.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain pricing governance frameworks and approval matrices.
• Own pricing KPIs: margin and price realization.
• Provide pricing guidance for strategic tenders and large opportunities.
• Train Sales teams on pricing tools and logic.
