Job summary

BD in Belgium is seeking a talented Tender & Contract officer to join the Benelux Tender & Pricing team. You will coordinate tenders, manage pricing tasks, and partner with sales to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

This role emphasizes precision, collaboration, and process improvement as you optimize pricing structures and contract management while supporting digitalisation efforts across the function. On-site work at BEL Erembodegem is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, and French (written and oral).
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Tender Management: coordinate tender dossiers with account managers.
• Pricing & Contract Management: manage offers and price lists; set up price agreements.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve pricing workflows and tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration to digitalize tender & pricing management.
