Cronos Europa, a leading IT and digital transformation partner serving European Institutions, is seeking a Medior Technical Bid Writer. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured tender proposals and work with Solution Architects, SMEs, and Pre‑sales managers to shape compelling narratives.

You will ensure governance and regulatory alignment (ISO, GDPR, NIS2, DORA, ITIL) and help build modular content libraries to accelerate future bids, while maintaining brand voice

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Writer, Bid Writer, or Pre-sales Writer in competitive tender or IT solutions
• Fluent written English with ability to simplify complexity into clear narratives

Responsabilités

• Draft, structure, and refine high-quality technical proposals, case studies, SoWs, and CfT responses
• Bridge between Solution Architects, engineering, and Pre-sales to extract and translate knowledge
• Co-develop solution narratives with win themes aligned to buyer scoring frameworks
• Ensure content meets clarity, flow, and brand guidelines
• Embed governance, security, and standards (ISO, GDPR, NIS2, DORA, ITIL) in descriptions
• Contribute to templates and reusable knowledge assets
