Qualifications

• 3+ years of Bid Management, Pre-sales, or Tender Project Management experience.
• Experience within EU Institutions, international public procurement, or large-scale IT services is preferred.
• Familiarity with PM², APMP, or Agile/Sprint methodologies is a plus.
• Understanding of quality/governance standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ITIL, GDPR, DORA, NIS2).

• Lead end-to-end proposal lifecycles with bid plans, milestones and RASCI matrices.
• Coordinate cross-functional bid teams including Solution Architects, SMEs, Bid Officers and partners.
• Review Calls for Tender to ensure all requirements are captured and addressed in the proposal.
• Write integrated response sections and ensure deliverables meet quality and brand standards.
• Support Business Development with competitive scans and win-probability assessments.
• Conduct post-submission handover and lessons-learned sessions.

About The Job

We are looking for a full-time Bid Manager (Medior/Senior level, 3+ years experience minimum) to join our Pre-sales team. In this role, you will act as a true Bid Project Manager, taking end-to-end ownership of complex proposals from qualification and planning through to final submission and post-award handover. You will supervise the bid coordination process, bring strong market and business acumen, and ensure that 100% of the client’s requirements are met with compelling, winning offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid Project Management & Governance: Lead end-to-end proposal lifecycles by building and managing comprehensive Bid Plans (milestones, sprints, and RASCI matrix) while facilitating key rituals such as kick-offs, stand-ups, and review meetings.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Orchestrate and supervise bid teams, collaborating closely with Solution Architects, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Bid Officers, and consortium partners/subcontractors.
• Client & Requirement Compliance: Thoroughly review Calls for Tender (CfT/RFP) to ensure that all customer technical, financial, and administrative requirements are fully understood, met, and reflected in the proposal.
• Proposal Delivery & Review: Challenge technical contributions for feasibility and compliance, write integrated response sections, and guarantee that all deliverables meet Cronos Europa’s high quality and brand standards.
• Qualification & Strategy: Support Business Development in competitive scans, partner identification, and Go/No-Go risk and win-probability assessments.
• Knowledge Transfer & Handover: Conduct post-submission lessons-learned reviews and deliver structured handover sessions to delivery, account, and contract management teams.

Profile Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Bid Management, Pre-sales, or Tender Project Management, ideally within EU Institutions, international public procurement, or large-scale IT services.
• Project Management Mastery: Strong project scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management skills; familiarity with PM², APMP, or Agile/Sprint methodologies is a distinct advantage.
• Business & Client Perspective: Ability to translate complex requirements into client‑centric value propositions and maintain a sharp understanding of competitive market dynamics.
• Standards & Frameworks: Good understanding of quality and governance standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ITIL, GDPR, DORA, NIS2).
• Communication & Resilience: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; calm and focused mindset under tight deadlines.
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS SharePoint.
