Job summary

MCA Belgium, part of the MCA Groupe, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment in Brussels. You will write compelling ads, source candidates, assess fit, and coordinate interviews while building relationships with candidates and Business Managers.

Your role includes campus outreach and leveraging a range of acquisition tools to build a strong candidate base across Europe. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, HR or related field.
• Dynamic and organized.
• First recruitment experience is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze recruitment needs.
• Write and post attractive advertisements.
• Search for candidates on job boards and social networks; explore new sources.
• Assess candidates (project highlighting, career assessment) and organize interviews.
• Follow-up with candidates through to contract signature.
• Participate in partner schools forums and job fairs.
