We are seeking a Business Manager to join our growing team in Belgium. This is a key role where you will drive business development, build strong client relationships, and lead teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Business Manager at MCA Belgium, your main responsibilities will include:

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the engineering and technology sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers at client organizations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Team Management

• Recruit, manage, and develop a team of consultants and engineers.
• Ensure consultants are effectively deployed on projects that match their skills and career aspirations.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to foster growth and professional development.

Project Oversight

• Oversee the delivery of projects to ensure they meet client expectations, budgets, and deadlines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies.

Strategic Contribution

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to shape MCA Belgium’s services and offerings.
• Represent MCA Belgium at industry events, building the company's reputation as a trusted partner.

Required Qualifications :

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years in business management, consulting, or a related role, preferably within engineering or technology sectors.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is mandatory. Proficiency in both French and Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering or technical consulting services is highly desirable.
