WorxInvest, in collaboration with HR Pay Solutions, seeks a Business & Solution Architect in a hybrid Antwerp-based role. You will translate strategic ideas into concrete operating models, process and solution architectures, guiding complex transformation programs across finance, HR and technology.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or a related field, or equivalent through experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in business architecture, functional architecture, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, business analysis or a comparable role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience with software selection, RFP processes, vendor assessments, build-versus-buy decisions and architecture governance is a strong asset.
• Experience in financial services, payments, fintech or a regulated, transaction-intensive environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business strategy and high-level ideas into coherent business, process, functional and solution architectures.
• Design target operating models that clarify how processes, responsibilities, users and systems work together.
• Define solution, application, integration and data architectures for new initiatives and projects.
• Assess the current landscape, identify reusable capabilities and gaps, and create implementation roadmaps.
• Make build-versus-buy decisions, considering strategic fit, time to market, cost and security.
• Guide RFPs and vendor selections through to substantiated recommendations.
• Explain how initiatives fit within broader business, organizational and technical ecosystems.
