WorxInvest is seeking an Implementation & Operations Expert to help expand and professionalise Pay-out Services at HR Pay Solutions in Antwerp. You will oversee onboarding, contracting, implementation and ongoing service quality, partnering with payroll and payment partners to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Business Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in implementation, operations, service delivery, project coordination or process improvement.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, structured, solution-oriented mindset with analytical focus on quality and efficiency.
• Affinity with payroll, payments or fintech is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day operational collaboration with SD Worx, ProPay and external payment partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Own onboarding of new clients and partners through the full implementation journey.
• Manage contracting, implementation and service delivery processes for work-related payments.
• Monitor performance with milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, and take proactive actions.
• Ensure timely execution of salary and employee payments with high quality and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and standardisation for scalable operations.
• Monitor SLAs and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as escalation point for operational challenges and coordinate resolution with teams and partners.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Finance.
• Contribute to growth of Pay-out Services with operational expertise and best practices.
