WorxInvest is offering a Platform Engineer role focused on HR Pay Solutions, based in Antwerp with a hybrid work model. You will build and operate the technical backbone for payments, core banking, and related integrations, aiming for reliability, security, and scalable platforms across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience with platform operations, backend integrations, APIs, monitoring, incident analysis, and release support.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, identity management, SSO, logging, scripting, or CI/CD.
• Structured approach to documenting and managing complex technical environments.
• Strong analytical skills and focus on quality, security, and operational excellence.
• Good communication in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Platform Operations & Monitoring: manage, monitor, and optimize platform components, integrations, and workflows.
• Integrations, Delivery & Release Support: build and support integrations with banks, core banking, card platforms, and providers; assist with tests, deployments, and releases.
• Reliability, Security & Automation: contribute to security, availability, and reliability; automate controls and repetitive tasks; support incident response and disaster recovery.
