Conveo, an AI research platform, is scaling rapidly with offices in Antwerp, London, and New York. We seek a Strategy & Ops Lead to diagnose, own, and land cross-functional motions that improve Net Revenue Retention and Expansion ARR.

You will run diagnostics, manage workstreams end-to-end, and turn successful motions into repeatable playbooks, collaborating across Engineering, Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing with a strong bias for AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years at a top strategy consulting firm or 2+ years in a high-velocity operator role building scalable motions.
• Strong analytical chops and the ability to pull data and test assumptions quickly.
• Crisp written communication that speeds up decision-making.
• Proven end-to-end ownership with cross-functional impact.
• Experience collaborating across functions without formal authority.
• AI-native mindset with a bias toward automation and scalable solutions.
• Willingness to be based in Antwerp HQ or the UK with regular travel to HQ.

Responsabilités

• Run the diagnostic with rigor in the first 30 days, grounding findings in evidence.
• Own a workstream inside cross-functional projects and drive momentum weekly.
• Turn successful motions into repeatable playbooks with templates and dashboards.
• Train teams to own the motion post-handover and stay available for 4–6 weeks.
