sa.global, a global Microsoft partner, seeks an Executive Leader to define and scale the company’s Revenue Operations & Commercial Excellence function across Europe. You will align CRM, forecasting, governance, incentive management and partner compliance to enable data-driven growth.

You will partner with ExCo, CFO, and regional leaders to build scalable processes, drive automation, and embed AI into revenue workflows while maintaining high standards of governance and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end revenue operations across multi-country organisations.
• Strong CRM governance, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead governance and compliance in complex partner ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end sales operations including CRM integrity and pipeline governance.
• Own revenue forecasting cadence and accuracy with ExCo alignment.
• Oversee pricing governance and intercompany discount rules.
• Manage Microsoft Partner Programme compliance and incentives tracking.
• Lead incentive calculations with Finance and HR collaboration.
• Drive pursuit management standards and sales process adoption.
• Collaborate with IT on CRM configuration and data quality.
• Coordinate GTM enablement and marketing-to-sales alignment.
• Industrialize learnings via win/loss analysis and repeatable plays.
