UNOPS invites applications for a Project Management Support Specialist in Brussels. The role coordinates planning, implementation and monitoring of multi-donor projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, quality and risk parameters.

You will liaise with partners, donors and beneficiaries, monitor budgets, track performance, and support procurement, grants and reporting. Under UNOPS supervision, you will contribute to operational excellence and sustainable development outcomes, aligning

Competenze

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Relations or related field; 5+ years relevant experience if using Bachelor’s.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of advanced degree.
• Desired: globally recognized professional certificate or PM accreditation.

• Support in planning, implementation and monitoring of project activities.
• Coordinate day-to-day project operations to ensure timely outputs.
• Monitor progress against scope, time, cost and quality; identify risks and deviations.
• Oversee contracts and supplier performance for value for money.
• Embed sustainability considerations across project activities.
• Support development of new opportunities or extensions with stakeholders.
• Manage financial planning, monitoring and reporting for budget control.
• Coordinate procurement and grant management with ToRs and bid evaluations.
• Ensure compliance and proper documentation of transactions and reports.
• Foster relationships with donors, partners and authorities for aligned delivery.
• Contribute to stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Facilitate internal coordination among project teams and external engagements.
• Represent the project in meetings and external events as needed.
• Monitor performance against indicators and reporting standards; prepare analyses and recommendations.
• Ensure QA processes are applied to deliverables and outputs.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management with focus on diversity.
• Promote safe, inclusive working environment and adherence to security standards.
