Job summary

OneSource Consulting is seeking a Learning & Development Instructional Designer to design engaging blended learning paths for Grid Solutions and Large Projects, collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and close skill gaps.

You will translate needs analyses into clear objectives, select learning formats, safeguard didactic quality, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with group offerings while fostering trust with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Proficient instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Change management and organizational alignment experience.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement blended learning tracks (classroom, eLearning, microlearning) aligned with business priorities.
• Translate learning needs analyses and identified skill gaps into clear learning objectives and structured paths.
• Determine appropriate learning formats, balancing build vs. reuse of content, integrating external and internal solutions.
• Safeguard didactic quality, coherence, and learner engagement across learning solutions.
• Follow-up on progress and evaluate training impact and effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment between local initiatives and group offerings, avoiding duplication.
