Job summary

Collaborating with HR, operations, and senior leaders, you will manage external vendors, monitor impact metrics, and drive initiatives that elevate capability and performance in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a global learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives, priorities and workforce capability needs across regions.
• Design and oversee the deployment of global learning programmes, including leadership development, technical training, and frontline capability building, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Establish and maintain global learning frameworks, standards and governance, balancing central direction with local flexibility.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and optimisation of digital learning solutions (e.g. LMS), ensuring adoption, usability and alignment with needs.
• Partner with HR, operations, and functional leaders to identify capability gaps and translate these into targeted development initiatives and structured pathways.
• Manage external learning vendors and partners, ensuring quality, relevance and cost-effectiveness of solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess learning effectiveness and ROI, using data to drive improvements.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on workforce development and emerging learning trends.
