Job summary

We ARE Renewables is seeking a senior Learning & Development Instructional Designer to craft impactful blended learning journeys that align with business priorities in a complex technical environment.

You will design tracks, translate gaps into structured paths, select formats, monitor effectiveness and collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to drive learning impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing blended learning journeys.
• Strong instructional design and didactic skills across classroom and digital learning.
• Experience administering and working with an LMS, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of learning & development, project management, communication and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to challenge business requirements and focus on learning impact.
• Well-organized with strong prioritization skills.
• Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement blended learning tracks, including classroom and digital learning.
• Translate learning needs and skill gaps into learning objectives and structured learning paths.
• Select appropriate learning formats and balance new content with existing solutions.
• Ensure didactic quality, consistency and learner engagement.
• Monitor learning progress, completion rates and training effectiveness.
• Align local learning initiatives with broader organizational offerings.
• Act as a bridge between strategic priorities, business needs and operational execution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts and external learning partners.
