You will professionalise fleet governance, data quality and decision-making while supporting ERP implementation and a future operating model.

The role requires senior transformation expertise, strong stakeholder management and hands-on ERP experience to deliver actionable recommendations and a data-driven fleet strategy.

Qualifications

• Senior transformation professional with a proven track record in complex operational environments.
• Experience leading transformation and business improvement programmes.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience.
• Expertise in governance, process optimisation, and operating model design.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of the current fleet landscape across all locations and establish an inventory.
• Develop a future fleet operating model with governance, lifecycle management and KPIs.
• Define and implement data governance, reporting frameworks and a single source of truth for fleet data.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, change management and capability building across the organisation.
