ACOMPANY BV in Belgium seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP transformations, balancing business and IT interests while guiding vendors and teams through the journey from planning to rollout.

You will translate strategy into actionable ERP roadmaps, manage scope, risks, and budgets, and ensure successful integrations across platforms, with a focus on delivering real business value.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in consulting or complex client environments.
• Experience with ERP implementations or other essential business applications.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and IT platforms (ERP, CRM, integrations, ...).
• Experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
• You bring calm, structure, and overview to complex trajectories.
• You communicate clearly, from operational teams to C-level.
• You dare to challenge clients and vendors constructively.
• You are pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
• You are passionate about creating real business value.
• You take ownership and aren't afraid to make decisions.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus).

Responsabilités

• You align with business and IT stakeholders to clarify needs, requirements, and processes.
• You translate business strategy into a realistic ERP project roadmap.
• You monitor scope, timing, risks, and budgets, and adjust where needed.
• You coordinate external vendors and ensure they deliver according to agreements.
• You follow up on integrations with other platforms (CRM, e-commerce, POS, ...).
• You translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• You monitor risks, dependencies, and issues, and deliver pragmatic solutions.
• You facilitate workshops and help teams reach decisions.
• You communicate clearly to steering committees and management.
• You support change management and ensure that end users embrace the changes.
