Het Belang Van Limburg is seeking an experienced Interim Fleet Transformation Lead to drive a critical transformation across multiple sites in Flanders. You will shape a future-proof fleet operating model, governance, data quality and decision-making as the company moves toward an integrated and data-driven ERP platform.

Competenze

• Strong experience leading transformation and business improvement programmes.
• Demonstrated expertise in fleet management within a complex, multi-site environment.
• Proven ability to define and implement fleet management best practices, governance models, lifecycle management frameworks and performance KPIs.
• Ability to benchmark current fleet operations and introduce industry-leading practices to improve asset utilisation, operational efficiency, cost control and investment decision-making.
• Expertise in governance, process optimisation, and operating model design.
• Strong data governance and master data management capabilities.
• Ability to bring structure into complex and ambiguous environments.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
• Strong change management and coaching capabilities.
