Capgemini Belgium is seeking an experienced Lean leader to drive operational transformation across multiple sites. You will guide rapid-response teams, implement corrective actions, and push for a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in a related field, with 5+ years leading Lean projects in aerospace, automotive, or defence. Strong data analysis and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years leading practical Lean projects in aerospace, automotive, defence or similar industry.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and driving transformation.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary teams applying Lean methodologies to reduce response times and drive root-cause analysis.
• Form and lead rapid-response teams to accelerate issue resolution and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Develop and execute strategic action plans from audits and performance data, breaking down silos and fostering problem-solving culture.
