Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a senior ERP/Finance Transformation Lead to steer the finance streams in a major ERP rollout. The role focuses on translating business requirements into robust system solutions and ensuring finance processes and controls are strengthened across the organization.

The candidate will drive data migration, testing, go-live readiness, training, and change management, while partnering with Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors to achieve

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP implementation or finance transformation projects.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Understanding costing, inventory, and manufacturing finance processes.
• Experience with data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead finance workstreams within the ERP implementation project.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Improve finance processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors.
• Review and validate ERP functional design and configuration.
• Oversee finance data migration, testing, and system readiness.
• Support user training, business adoption, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, audit, tax, and reporting requirements.
• Drive costing, inventory, and manufacturing finance process improvements.
• Provide project updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
