Lotus Bakeries in Belgium is seeking a skilled supply chain planner to drive monthly S&OP, align demand with manufacturing capacity, and lead executive S&OP for Pastry and Waffles. You will partner with sales, operations and logistics to secure service levels and cost targets.

You bring a Master’s in business economics or engineering, 3+ years in S&OP, strong data analytics, advanced Excel, and SAP IBP, Power BI and SAC experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business economics or engineering with at least 3 years in supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to balance demand and supply.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication; comfortable in cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP IBP, Power BI, and SAC experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly S&OP processes and executive S&OP for Pastry and Waffles.
• Analyze demand, supply, inventory and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with sales, manufacturing and logistics to meet service and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvements and share knowledge across sites.
